THE BEST WEDDING GIFT EVER!!!
I wanted a hassle free wedding so I was thinking we’d have an ipod and karaoke machine because it was easier. My parents persisted in wanting to hire a band so I left it in their hands. After one day they’d booked ‘Duo Band’ who were phenomenal! They were so professional and set up their stage and sound equipment pre-ceremony. They began playing in the lunch interlude and paused for speeches, then the fun of dancing and singing began. Their song range was vast as they played songs that appealed to every one of our guests from the 5 month old through to our 94 year old. They interacted with the crowd and were humorous and approachable. Looking back, I only wish that we’d hired them for longer. They made our special day that much more enjoyable and memorable. Tee and Carlos, we are really grateful and think you really are the best wedding gift we could have been given.

Tee & Carlos- what can I say, you guys are absolutely amazing! Where do I start!? I can’t even begin to thank you enough for the amazing performance you put on at our wedding! You had everyone up and dancing for 4 hours straight! 4 hours, that is incredible!!! The weather didn’t play the part that day but you guys happily squeezed into a small area that wouldn’t have been the easiest to play in. But the best part is that you guys absolutely smashed every song! Your personality and the style in which you play just gets everyone up singing and dancing.
We’ve had so many compliments from guests on how amazing ‘Duo Band’ played. The best part is that you guys were just as amazing to deal with throughout the whole process. You responded to emails promptly and were all for learning our first dance song and an extra song we wanted thrown into the mix. I love how you guys just went with the flow of the evening! We look forward to hearing you play on the Shore again and will without a doubt use ‘Duo Band’ for any other functions we have!

The Perfect choice for our Wedding
Duoband were the perfect choice for our wedding. Our venue was relatively small but having live music was really important for us so choosing a band that were easy to work with and adaptable was really important. From the first time I emailed them right through until after the wedding their communication was always superb – which I really appreciated! Tee & Carlos are friendly and easy to work with and very accommodating, setting up at the venue at lunch time so not to interrupt the speeches that were taking place later that night. They even learnt our first dance song so it was great to have this song played live at the wedding.
They play a fantastic range of music – good for a range of age groups, plus they bring all their own gear, lights and speakers etc which give the dance floor a bit more atmosphere. One thing I really like about DuoBand is that the music they play is great background music as well as dancing music especially good for the blokes who don’t like dancing. Nearly everyone I spoke to at the wedding commented on how good the band was and I think this is down to the style that Tee and Carlos have and their wide range of songs.
You will not regret choosing Duo Band for your wedding or function. They did an absolutely fabulous job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have nothing but praise for Tee and Carlos – from how responsive they were from first contact, easy to deal with and prompt in answering queries, accommodating and versatile in song selection, and very professional and friendly in every way. I first came across Tee & Carlos of Duo Band, playing at Albany. So impressed were we with their music that we took their business card and contacted them when my partner and I were to marry Carlos and Tee performed at our wedding reception. The music they played made the evening – it was just perfect. Nearly all of our guests ended up dancing and this was exactly the sort of celebration we wanted. Many of our friends and relatives commented on the ‘fantastic’ band , and wondered where we had found therm.
Contact with Tee & Carlos was easy. Emails were replied to promptly and they were willing to listen to and accommodate all our music requests. They are extremely versatile having a huge selection of music to suit both young and older.
Tee & Carlos work courteously and professionally sticking strictly to times as organised. If we have another function in the family, we will definitely give them a call and recommend them to anyone else who needs a band.
